CHANGES COMING TO POSITIVE SOFTWARE
We are announcing exciting changes coming to POSitive Software Company!
First, we would like to thank you for being a user of our software and supporting our company throughout this COVID-19 pandemic, which has been difficult for many of us. We remain optimistic as we push forward during these uncertain times while continuing to provide you with the best possible service.
Looking at our business model, and our product road map for 2021, one of the things we have realized is that the IT landscape evolves rapidly, and we have found that many of our customers need a trusted IT professional which they can call on. For several years we have relied on the expertise and experience of StriveTech, our partner IT company, to fulfill our IT needs and those of several of our customers. Effective January 1st, 2021, we are broadening our offerings by adding the knowledge and experience of POSitive's sales and support staff to StriveTech's growing family to provide our customers with access to a one-stop-shop for all their point-of-sale needs.
Our contact methods will largely remain the same, including our toll-free telephone numbers. The people you currently work with for the services you need will NOT be changing, which includes sales, support, and credit card merchant account management. However, direct dial numbers and e-mail addresses will change soon.
You may also see new "POSitive Support by StriveTech" branding on e-mails, support tickets, etc.
These changes will allow POSitive Software Company to focus solely on programming and provide you with new superior products planned for 2021.
